Axolotl Help

I have had an albino axolotl for over a year now and had bought it as a baby. I just noticed today that it had a strange white thing coming off it's side followed by a slight off-toned mark about an inch long. It doesn't live with any other fish and eats regularly. Is this some sort of sickness or could it just be some sort of wound?

theyre almost like warts. mine got them too, just keep the water clean
