I don't know anything about African clawed frogs. I'm sorry that you don't know what to do. I would research about it

WTF with that frog... Is that a joke or what ? Look like a plastic toy... Are you sure it's live animal ?

If that can help you:

"There are two types of bloat. First is a hard bloated frog that appears all of the sudden at the top of your tank. This frog should be immediately removed and quarantined. This is caused by a internal bacterial infection and sadly almost always fatal. Hobbyists can obtain Maracyn II® and Maracyn Plus® which are used for Bloat. These can be used in conjunction with salt.
Second is a "Soft squishy frog bloat" Like a the Michelin Man pictured to the left. This is caused by an abnormal accumulation of serious bodily fluids due to improper body metabolism. Many times damaged kidneys or liver no longer function properly causing edema. An expert can puncture to release fluids. Frogs can live for a very long time in this state.
Salt bath is recommended for this type of bloat."

What's your aquarium tank size ? Also what filtration you got ?

I see on the net an ACF need a goldfish filtration x10... Also your frog look like gasping air at the surface, as if there was a lot of ammonia in the water...

Can you test the water for ammonia/nitrites ?
Ammonia and nitrites decrease poisonigly the ability for marine creatures to breath underwater...

Also, are you cleaning the filter bio media under tap (never do that lol)

From what I saw here http://aquaticfrogs.tripod.com/id1.html, " these frogs spend most of their time on the bottom of the tank"...

Why yours is always gasping air on top ?

Its a 20 long with 2 filters aqua tech 20/40
40 guppies
1 Chinese algae eater
4 Cory's
1 bristle nose pluck
2 albino clawed frogs

Is that too much !!

The bioload is Incredingbly SOOO HEAVY. What's your water change schedule ?

I would absolutely take a water sample right before you do a waterchange, then bring it to the LFS, so they can test your water for ammonia/nitrites.

Also, on the pictures, your water look white cloudy, wich could be caused by a bacteria bloom, wich only occur when tank have cycle problems... You need to test theses params absolutely: ammonia and nitrites.

Also, what's your water temperature, do you use a heater ? This is a cold water frog... So you don't need one.

I would increase your filtration too. Aquatech 20/40 means it's made for a normal bioload 20 gallon tank. So I would increase to a filter that can hold much more filtration, like a fluval C4 instead... Remember, 20g tank can hold 2 goldfish only with a lot of filtration (40g filter like yours). Each frog you got is almost a goldfish x10 in term of bioload...

And you didn't awnser my last question, do you clean the filter bio media under the tap water ? Or change them often ?

You should go to AquaAdvisor and plug in the tank and the inhabitants and see what it says.
