compatability

My pleco seems to be sucking my turtles shell clean. Sucking it so clean he damaged a couple scutes. Made a small abrasion. Applied medicine to the cut is getting better. But my question is are they usually compatible tank buddies?

REs=red ear slider... regular aquarium heater is ok.. has far as being beat up I'd have the vet ck it out. But if there are no wounds then just some good loving care should do.

I would get rid of the pleco ASAP. Not worth it if he's gonna hurt the turt!
