Help! Claw frog with parasites!

I have two claw frogs and there both infected. I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on to what to do. i know some of the anti-parasite medicines can be harmful to them so what should i use? there getting skinny and i need help quick

so i found out that since you cant use liquid medicines that anti parasite food pellets would do the trick my frogs are doing just fine now
