Tutti fruitti frog?

A new pet supply store opened last weekend near me and of course I had to check it out! They had aquatic frogs in a tank called 'tutti fruitti frogs'. They were pink and size of a 1/2 dollar. What are they? I am guessing they are some type of ACF? Is pink a natural coloring or is it some type of dyed frog? Thanks!!!
