What to put in a 20gallon tall?

Hi everyone I have another thread started for this tank that I was think about using as a part water partn land setup. I've been reading some other threads though and am loving the idea of poison dart frogs! Any tips on how to set up a tank for them?

What live plants work best? Substrate? Temperature/humidity? Best equipment to use could I have a small low current waterfall feature thay just puddles at the bottom? How many could I have in a 20 gallon tall? Where's the best place to get darts? And what kind do you suggest?

Obviously I have a lot of research but any advice helps!
