Did you drip acclimate him? A drastic change in parameters can kill inverts, they are quite sensitive. It could also be that it is getting used to its surroundings and preparing to she'd, as most crabs and shrimp will shed upon going to a new tank.

Testing the water, everything is good.

Only question is, what is a good ph for saltwater?
Mines at around 7.4

Only other level worth mentioning is .50 ppm of ammonia.

Your PH should be 8.2 ammonia needs to be 0.0 I would do a 20% water change.
