Just setup, beginning to cycle with LR. A couple of the larger pieces of rock have vegetation. Looks like a few very small inverts also came along for the ride. What are the lighting recommendations for the cycling? Also thinking about some shrimp (food type) to aid in cycle. How much, and how long should it stay in tank? Thanks!
