20 gallon Caribbean reef tank....

So I started a 20 gallon fish tank I know I need to upgrade the lighting and I need to get a protein skimmer what is the best skimmer and lighting for a 20 tall tank for a Caribbean reef tank

To let you know what's in there I have hermit crabs 3 peppermint shrimp, one blue spotted watchman goby 1 blue chrome, some zoa's clusters and 3 rock flower anatomy and some blue star polyps

If you want a good quality skimmer, I'd go with "Reef Octopus".
