The good... The Bad... and oh god the ugly

Well my readings this morning are

ammonia .5 ppm (was 4 ppm before i went to bed)
N02 seems to be over 1ppm
no3 is just a little disclored so id guess .5-1?

but the bad theres definitly hydriods in my tank. not out of control. ive cleaned them out with tweezers and patience but they are already starting to come back.

now the ugly.. hair algae. starting to develop on everything... what can i do before it gets terrible?

Less hours of lighting, and I would test for phosphates, it's likely feeding them.

yeah just when you get the turbos be sure to pull as much out of the algae as possible cause if its to long the snails wont eat it...
