has anyone ever ordered live rock from this:
Fiji Live Rock - Ultra Prem Grade By the Pound - eBay (item 200294989682 end time Feb-02-09 18:41:58 PST)
looking to get the ultra premium which is 3.25 a lb. 1/3rd of the price that theyre selling the live rock around here. would it be fine to order UPS ground?

any other options?

I would probably suggest doing a few large water changes to help get those nitrates down and then go back to the 5 gal changes melosu suggested. Maybe 1/3 water volume. do two or three of those.

Also if you have a sump you should do a little reading on a refugium. It will help keep your nitrates down as well as several other benefits. Will help you out a bunch once you get some corals which will be a little more picky about your water quality.
