30 Gallon Mini-Reef

I'm sorry, guys, I lied to you...I'll be getting a 58 Oceanic tank from a friend with a stand and lotssss of equipment. Tank measures 36 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 21 1/2 (LxWxH) and I'll be plumbing my 30 gallon long into a sump. So i'll be adding 125% more water in this system than the last (I'll have 88 gallons running through, but with rock and sand and such, I'm guessing more like 65-70). I also found a light! It's got 2 10,000K and 2 Actinic, along with 2 LED's for moonlighting, all run on separate power cords for timing and such. 36 inch 4 lamp Coralife Lunar Aqualight T5 Lighting Fixture Coralife Lunar Aqualight T5 Light Fixture I believe this is it.

Could I still have the same stocking as before without the Dwarf Angel and add a Tang? I'm not sure which kind I want, but I was thinking Bristletooth or Gold Rim...
