33 long sump help

I'm going to be using a 33 long that I have for my sump. My question is what do you guys think would be the best baffle setup? I.E. how tall should each baffle be and what about the bubble trap, should I just raise the one piece 2 inches above the bottom of the tank? Would that be adequate?

I would make the Partitions between 8 and 10" tall. This is the optimum water level for most protein skimmers to work efficiently.
Raising the partition 1" and 1" away from the other partition is plenty.
