I have a couple Coral's and 4 fish right now, I cannot keep a shrimp alive past 24 hours. I am looking to keep it a reef, coral tank and would like safe fish for this but am not sure which ones to get. I have checked all of my levels and all are really good but my Nitrates are at 40 using the drops..I did a water change and this is after the change..I really am looking for some clearner things, in one of the live rocks that I purchased there are alot of what appears to be bristle worms..Really would like to get some really cool stuff and just not sure what would be safe, any info would really be great...:fish2:

Welcome to the forum!!

Shrimp are very sensitive to salinity, ph , temperature as well as nitrates. How have you been acclimating the shrimp?

I would do some more water changes too, 40 nitrates is way too high for a reef tank. :)
