Is it even possible my tank is cyed already? it has only been 2 weeks J am currently rummkng a magnum h.o.t. Filter; no protein skimmer yet either. Tested the water last week ammonia this week all is good. it just doesnt seem possible to me

Hows nitrites? 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites with the presence of nitrate then i would say its cycled what was your ammonia source and did you use cured liverock?

I used flake food to cycle
amonia .5 safe
Ph 7.8
Alkalinity 180
Nitrite/nitrate both 0
I was using aged tapwater in 12g and did a pwc with ro water (not rodi) and my trates are finally GONE!! Just for grins i thought i would test new swrip too. both tanks are testing the same
