So my 72 gallon bow is for sure ready after my fishless cycle. I'm doing my first water change today with my Fluval FX5 filter. I actually called customer service to make sure I do it right since I'm using my Aqueon changer and not needing to touch the media/canister. Unplug, turn off the valves - change water - turn on the valves, plug back in.

I will add my angel and gourami tomorow if the trates are down to where they should be and everything else is still good.

I'm still working on getting some hardwood and then plating a bit... Any suggestions of a good vendor for plants would be helpful? I will not be using co2 so it has to be limited. Though I do have the hagen glo light system.

Anywho... off I go.

I'M NERVOUS!

Yeah - you're right... Must have clicked on the wrong getting started. Sorry!

It's alright. A good vendor for live plants tho you can check out dustinsfishtanks on YouTube or liveaquaria.com.
