75 gal help!

Hey Im looking at a 75 gallon tank on Craigslist and the guy says it comes with the tank, stand, light, good and SUMP. Is just a sump adequate filtration or will I need something else?

You will want live rock in the tank for filtration and the sump will give you a place to put a skimmer, heaters and such.

So what else will I need to buy for filtration for a reef tank?
