I gave away of all my freshwater fish from my Planted 90 Gallon tank. I never did well with the planted aspect. My 40 Gallon SW tank has been a HUGE success. It was in my office...and more people who came to visit always migrated to the messy office to oogle at the tank. I finally convinced my wife to do some furniture rearranging and turn the FW to SW and make it a centerpeice in the formal living room.

The 90 gallon conversion is done...and boy does it look good!

Just a rundown of my equipment/goodies:

90 Gallon All Glass
Freshwater Aqualight 260 watts (4 x65w CF) updated with 10K bulbs
Regular Flourescent 80W (2 x 40 watt Actinincs)
2 x 1 Watt LED Coralife Moonlights (Fit on the Aqualight)
2 x 700 gph Lifereef Slimline Overflows
Mag Drive 18 Pump
Octopus Reef NW-150 Skimmer
2 x Maxijet 1200 Stock (will me modded at some point)
2 x Visi-Therm Stealth 250 Watt Heaters
19 Watt CF 5100K Refugium Bulb (AKA the Melvsreef bulb)
RO/DI (ebay WaterGeneral) Filter with Sump auto topoff
30 gallon sump with Baffles and 8 gallon Fuge
130lbs Live Rock (55lbs Base Rock, 60lbs for Tampa Bay Saltwater, and 15 lbs from old tank...with another 60lbs to come from old tank when all inhabitants are moved)
30lbs Live Sand (for seeding) from Tampa Bay Saltwater
6-7 inch DSB with Sugarsized Agaramax and Seaflor topper

Tests: Ammonia = 0, Nitrite = 0, Nitrates = 10

Now the pics (sorry about the salt marks on the glass...forgot they were there when I asked the wife to take pics so I can post from work)

What do you think?

P.S. The lights are temporary until I can afford a 2 X 250W MH w/ CF Actinics
