? about cycling

i was just thinkin and wondering does stress zyme help speed up the process of cycling?

I have tried another product called biospira to try and help cycle a qt tank. I may have done better flushing my money. It was worthless IMO.
Its up to you, but a cycle takes time. What method are you using?

im gonna use LR and try gettng the freshshrimp and put it in there....by any chance does that work? and im thinking about getting LS if not ima get play sand
