Ok so we just started our FOWLR biocube 29. we bought saltwater and regular ri/do water. when we were adding the saltwater, we accidentally grabbed the regular water and added about 2 gallons. Based on the refractometer reading (we calibrated with ri/do water) it's at 1.019. How do we add salt to the already filled aquarium?
Thanks!

If you mixed it yourself, add salt mix. If you purchased already made SW, you may need to pick some up to do a small add. You'll need more even if you wait for evaporation and top off with salt water versus RO. Do you have SW available? Is this tank stocked already?

It only has LR right now. We just started it a couple of days ago. We bought some salt mix but don't know what is the best way to increase the salinity.

I would mix your salt a little heavy this time. Say if you have a salinity of 1.019... try mixing at 1.030 and doing a small water change... see where that gets you. It all depends on what salinity you are trying to get. Since fowler I would say 1.023-1.024. Just mix the salt a little high and you will be fine. Dont rush as you only have LR in the tank. Just make sure everything is labeled next time. Its okay.
