Hey all...
I've had my 75g tank setup just over 2 weeks now.
Added 45lbs(to start with) of LR from Liverocks.com 1 week ago.
Water Parameters as of today are:

SG 1.020
PH 8.2
Nitrite .25
Nitrate .20
Ammonia .25
Water Temp 78-79 F

How long should I wate before adding any cleanup critters?
My tank is starting to get quite a bit of brown algae on my LS. I know that does clear up with time, but also know some crabs and snails can help.

Any advice is welcomed.

After the Ammonia and Nitrite are 0 you are ready to add a cleanup crew. The diatoms on the sand should fade in time, a strong water flow of at least 10x may help, along with the critters.

May want to raise that SPG a bit. Inverts apperciate it between .023-.025.
What do you use to measure?

Thanks for the replies.

I'm hoping to get a skimmer soon to aid in overall flow. Right now I have 2 Penguin 660's, plus two Penguin Bio-wheel filters(minus bio-wheels, carbon only)

I use just a Hydrometer for SG. After getting skimmer, might invest in a refractometer.
