adding new lr

When I add my last installment of LR, do I do anything special other than look it over for dead and other undesireable things, ie. mantis, etc... and then drop it in.. or do I dip it in something first? I read u have to dip it first..??

Is the rock fully cured? If not, you will need to cure it before you put it in the tank. If it is fully cured you can just drop it in.

their rock is cured and packaged very well. Most is in transit for less then 20hrs. YOu should be okay to put it right in the tank. Just keep an extra eye on water parameters for a couple of days. You may see a very small ammonia spike, chances are you will not.
