Jul 25, 2003 #2 S steve-s Guest I would wait a month or two to be safe. Shrimp are very sensitive to change and new tanks have alot of ups and downs in the beginning. I think better safe than sorry... Cheers Steve

If that's the case then you should have put the raw shrimp in shortly after setting it up to innitiate the ammonia. Cheers Steve
