Advice needed

Is it better to get the live rock and sand first or to get the lighting before the rock and sand. I ask because I don't think i'll be able to get both at the same time. Well any input would be great. Thanks.

If you dont have any fish or livestock yet I would get the LR. You really don't need lighting to cycle your tank. Plus putting the rock and sand in the tank will reduce the amount of water you have to use in the tank and you won't waste any saltwater... Depending on what kind of lighting you want you can find good prices on ebay or through supporters of this website...
