Advice with moving aquarium go new house

I have a 20L right now and will be upgrading to a 40b in my new house. I'm planning on drilling the breeder with an internal overflow box and use the 20L as a DIY sump. Right now I have 2 clowns, 1 watchman goby, a cleaner shrimp and a small cuc. I have some live rock curing in a water bin filled with RODI water that will be added to the 40b. What's the best way to transfer my inhabitants to their new home 45 minutes away into a new tank? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks
