With a trip to the hardware store, you can rig it up to connect to the faucet in your sink. You'll need to DIY a little bit to make it a portable system that you can connect and disconnect when you need it.

Today I did a 50% water change, I will do another tomorrow. I had my lights on for 6 hours today.

Is there anything I could be doing to help my corals? Would putting in another wave maker help?

No another wave wouldn't help. Just give it some time.. you can keep the blues on imho its the whites that help algie the most..ur coral will be fine for time being with just them.
