Mag 9.5 or 12 for the overflow -- with an SWCD -- compensating for an overflow of 600gph

another MAG 9.5 or 12 for the closed loop -- not sure if another SWCD would be necessary.
You can make the return pump for the sump and the SCWD the same thing. Gravity will feed the built in overflow in the RR tank. Water gets returned through a Mag 12 up from the sump to the SCWD, then gets distributed through the tank. Am I missing something here?

Although that would not be enough flow, so you would want two big Mags anyway to get water flowing through the tank.

Yes, the second Mag for the closed-loop (replace the need for in tank power heads)

180 gal Acrylic, 250 lbs Fiji/Tonga mix, 3x175 watt MH & 2X96 watt PC, 1/5hp Arctica chiller, EV-180 skimmer
Brown Tang, mated pair Clowns, 4 Fire Gobies, 13 Chromis, Orangespotted Sleeper Goby

Some corals and inverts yet to be identified!
