well it been 30 days since i set up my fowlr i started it out with a shrimp for a few days now my levels are at 8.2 ph ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrate between 5 and 10 ppm really wanting to add some fish but dont want to add them to soon

sweet it will have to wait til paid day next week though lol thinking 2 Percula Clown fish and a reef cleaners cuc

Yup, sounds like a good plan. The clowns are pretty hardy and will make a great 1st fish!

i feel very weary and not very confident for some reason i have kept fw fish most my life but im still scared of my sw tank im afraid everything is going to die lol

Well some fish will inevitably die. As long as you do what you can to keep your tank clean and in good health, you can't ask for more. Just trust yourself, and do your scheduled PWCs! Good luck!
