Am I stalled?

I am 2 weeks into a fishless cycle. I am using raw shrimp. My ammonia went all the up and is now back to 0. My nitrate is at 80ppm and my nitrite is either 2 or 5ppm they are so close it is hard to tell. This tank is the first I have had with a canister filter. I have not cleaned it or done PWC. The levels have been the same for 3 days. Thanks for your help.

Mine did that for a few days and then started too drop

It takes longer for the nitrite eating bacteria to reproduce. Much of the cycle is spent waiting for nitrites to come down. It'll happen.

not stalled anymore

So I now have 0 am .50 nitrate(api says 0 but Salifert test says .50) 0 Nitrite.
I am planning a PWC for the Nitrate. I have never done this before and the cycle is with raw shrimp in a filter sock. Do I need to add a clean up crew next? I want to have a peaceful tank for this one, Clowns, cleaner shrimp, dragonette, a sand sifting gobby. What do I add first. I don't have pods for dragonette yet, so I can't really add one of them. I am so excited to add a fish! My son (11) has been doing the test everyday!
