Hi does anyone know apprx how many mils of ammonia I add to my 50 gallon tank to check if it's cycled

Hi does anyone know apprx how many mils of ammonia I add to my 50 gallon tank to check if it's cycled

I have seen an ammonia calculator posted on this site before. Try the search function. I did a fishless freshwater cycle this year and I *think* it was about 8 mL for 20 gallons to achieve 4.0 ppm ammonia. I used media from an existing filter so it only took about a week for the 4.0 to drop to 0.0 in 24 hours.
