So after a hiatus of a few years here I am starting new. I had a bad move destroy my multiyear project and off a couple thousand in livestock and I didnt have the heart to restart. I gave away the remaining stock, sold everything and moved on.

When I quit, LEDs as moonlights were relatively new. And now they can be the main lighting source. Crazy.

So a few months ago I picked up a 55g acrylic for $30 and started putting everything together. Base rock, some coral rubble I dove for and brought back form punta Cana a couple weeks ago. And a nice led fixture that should support some corral, Chinese knockoff. The tank has finally finished its cycle, water change tonight and then start stocking.

Plans are a basic nemo for the kids and very light reef. I know I'll be moving again in a few years to change school districts for the kids, after that I should be in an almost final house. There's a good chance I'll go stupid big in that house. But for now I'm exercising control :)
