another new tank but small

dear all
i'm gonna to start a new small tank (i have already 400 lit tank)
the dimesion is
60 x 30 x 40 cms
i'll use UGF (2 powered by power heads each corrner)
i'll use a substrate (crashed)
i want to raise 2 clowns with one anemon

what light i'll need (i think of 1 60 blue florecent)
should i use skimmer (no place for it)
shoult i use another kind of fillters

the tank will be in salon on a big marble table (so no sump available)
please give your advice

I would not use a UGF on a saltwater tank but thats my opinion. Is your current tank in the salon? Are you taking like a hair salon? I would be concerned that the fumes of the hair products would hurt water quality.

If you cant go with a skimmer then frequent water changes will be in order to help maintain water quality.

By salon I am sure he means formal living room/foyer area

If a UGF is your only option then just make sure it does not stop up or clog, do frequesnt water changes (15-20%) weekly because you have no skimmer and it is such a small tank (close to 10 gal i think). The lighting should work fine on a small tank. I hope this helps.

but have some Qs
i guess it's hard to do a water change every week (very costly tooo)
so is there any other way
is there any way to hand make a small skimmer (please instruction)
and for lighting what colour is good
as i have in the large tank a blue and they show very good colors
what about other lightining (as in my big tang the white color lighting is not good for show colors)

i started the tank as follow
1- i but the UGF (not started yet)
2- but the substrate
3- add have the tank of the big tank water the other half is fresh water and added salt to it
4- add two rocks from the big tank
5- i but a power filter to move water and push some air in the water

how long should i wait to add the two clowns and animoon?
