Tank: 10 gallon nano
Liverock and sand with nano skimmer, heater, and 200GPH Powerhead.
Uptime: A little over two weeks (counting midweek setup before the two weeks and the weekends.)

Nitrate: 0!
Nitrite: 0!
Ammonia: 0!
PH: 8.0 -8.2 (I'am a bit color blind, so i cant exactly tell the brown shade, though the roomies say its 8.0 on the marker.)
Salt: 1.023
Temp: 79F
Hitchikers seem to be doing fine (a conch, snails, and a few feather dusters.)

Safe to add first hardy lifestock? Or To soon?

Hmmm, did you ever see any spikes in ammonia, nitrites or nitrates. Generally, at the end of the cycle you will have high nitrAtes, unless you used cured live rock.

Yea

Yea, i saw an ammonia spike, but i didn't check for nitrites at the time ( mostly due to work overtime issue.) The rock is cured.

Well, I would say you have cycled. Just to be sure, add ONE small fish and feed lightly. Test water parameters (NH3, NO2 and NO3) on a daily basis and see how things go.

I agree also. Add slowly and you are not going to be able get too many fish in a 10 gallon tank.
