Aquascaping and powerheads

So, I'm not sure why I hadn't thought of it previously...but has anyone aquascapes AROUND a powerhead? Think that this can cause any type of issue?

I've seen return lines scaped in but never a pump I would imagine in most cases it would restrict to much flow to the pump to make it worth it

Plus cleaning them means removing rock work

Quite true. And I'm already awful at cleaning...
