Best LEDs?

I have a 37 gallon that I'm looking to turn into a reef. Which LEDs should I go with? How many fixtures would I need? Would like to only have softies in my tank.

I've heard good things about the taotronics LEDs. For that size tank and sod corals, you could probably do just 1. I think the dim mangle ones are about $200 and come with a hanging kit.

Darn. Sorry. I have a Kessil. It's about $300 with the swan neck holder, you'd need 1 for a 37g tank.
