Best saltwater tests

Hey everyone, I need Test kits for a coral tank. First of all what is best to measure when having a coral tank and what test kits should I get brand-wise? Thanks!

Ammonia
Nitrite

PH
Nitrate
Calcium
Alkalinity
Specific Gravity

I have all salifert test kits and it is what I recommend, for SG/salinity I used a deepsix hydrometer until yesterday, now I use a refractometer. For the ammonia and nitrite, any will do provided they are reasonably accurate, you really only need them for the cycle and if there is a problem, they are not part of my regular testing.

I use salifert as well.. I test all of the above as well.. You will find Salifert real easy to use.. If you cannot find Salifert then Seachem test kits should suffice..

I got my test kits from both marinedepot.com as well as our sponsor CaptiveReefs.com To me it all depends on who has them in stock.. Salifert can be hard to find at times as they are Extremely popular and demand is more than they can get in the US.. they are made in Holland UK I know that marinedepot offers a master kit for about 209.99 that has every salifert kit availible.. I wish I would have bought it at the time..

I use Salifert for calcium and alkalinity. For pH, NH4, NO2, and NO3, I use whatever the LFS (they don't have Salifert) usually Seachem or Tetra. Right now I use a deep six hydrometer for SG but hopefully Santa brings a refractometer next week.

I use seachem for calcium, phosphate, iodine/iodide, alk, magnesium and whatever my LFS has for nitrate/nitrite/amonia/ph. Just got a refractometer for SG yesterday.
