best water test kit??

API is the one I use. They have a Saltwater kit and one especially for Reefs.

If my tank is gonna house reef and some.fish and verts, should I get both marine kit and reef kit or just one

Not sure what Hanna is... But if it's strips, no good. API is good, master and reef. You'll still need calcium test, iodine, magnesium depending in your corals.

I use the Red Sea test kits. Bought the Marine then added the Calcium & Phosphate tests as well.
