Blender Mush!

May I hear a couple of blender mush recipes from y'all?

I would like to make some mush for SW critters (inverts/fish) that will be a good 75% of the time food.

I am thinking fresh shrimp, fresh fillet of fish, broccoli, and I'm not sure what else right now. I would like to freeze it in sheets (in bags)

I just want to put the stuff in there that will provide a nice balance of nutrients and make my critters happy.
