Blood worms

Hey , I need some advice I have as of right now a domino damsel and a clown and thy been on flakes only , my Buddy told me to mix a little blood worms and flakes as their food , what should I do ?

Yea that would be great and a lot healthier for your fish. But only get domesticated worms not wild ones.

Ok thanks is that alot healthier for all the marine fish or some ? ANd also should I feed them. A little of both or just worms and cut the flakes out ?

It's healthier for all FW and SW fish. For the feeding feed them the flakes as u do normally but 1 time a week give them the bloodworms.
