Received my artificial coral today for my fish only saltwater tank. A small piece of one of the corals was broken off. The coral is made of resin. Any thoughts on how to glue it back on, and with what ? If I send it back to the place where I ordered it there is a 40% restocking charge plus the shipping cost. Does not seem worth it to send it back for a replacement or refund ! What should I do ?

First, Welcome to AA. Second...stop "shouting" so please trun off your Caps lock".
How big is the piece that broke off? if it's small just use Super glue. If it's large get some Aquaraium safe epoxy

Any super glue listed as Cyanoacrylate as the main ingredient is safe. I would recommend the gel type over regular.

I agree with using regular superglue.

Welcome to AA! :)
