Brown algae

I'll been combating my brown algae for quite sometimes now. I have my tank set up since dec of last year. It should b fully cycle by now. Need help. Info below provided

110gl
30gl sump with refugium
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
Phosphate: 0
Damsel
Clown fish
Blue pwder
MP40
Corilla: 440gph

Is the 440 gph your only powerhead? If so you may want to get some more flow in the tank . It Should help a lot.
