Im finding green bubble algae all over my live rocks. How do I get rid of it. Would rowa a phosphate reactor help.

It might, but not much. Large water changes with ro/di water and manual removal of the algae will lead towards a solution to this issue. Nitrates are a larger culprit normally.

Should I scrub my rock in a salt water bucket then rinse in another clean bucket?

You can but that won't solve the issue of the algae returning, be it bubble, hair, or whatever. You'll need to address the nutrients in the water column that are feeding the algae growth.

Ok, got it. I do a water change evey 2 weeks. I have a 120 gallon and I do a 35 gallon water change. I will start doing weekly changes. Also I changed my salt mix, I was using Red Sea Coral pro, my fish store stoped selling it and now the sell Oceanic. I had them order Red Sea for me. After I changed the salt I started to see the algae.
