You will have water in the return pipes/hoses and what's left that drains from the overflow. You'll just have to test it out when it's running and find out your max fill line. That is a fun part :D

Oh that's a bit nerve racking! Lol well that's ok! Should I wait to make my sump till I'm ready to run the tank since the hight of the last chamber effects the water level. And then I'm assuming that ill need to do some plumbing work myself. Oh boy! Lol.
 
nah go ahead and make it lol. shouldn't have more than a few gallons leakage from DT. How high is the 20 long? I would say make the baffles 10-12 inches high, if that's acceptable for your skimmer.
