That would work. I don't own a canister filter and I'm getting by just fine.

Protien Skimmer
that's good for a 75, but I would try and chop him. it's under 300 new, not nearly 400 as stated in the ad.

One thing to beware of if you buy a non-drilled tank and want to do it yourself: make sure you are not trying to drill tempered glass! Tempered tanks normally have a sticker somewhere telling you they are.

Also, I don't think anyone mentioned the center braces of the tank. If the tank was designed with them (and I think most 75s are), they must be intact.

Will keep an eye out thanks!! It looks like I may just continue he to look for a 75 saltwater empty because I'm getting nervous about drilling lol

Got a few pics of the one that's not SW and will need drilled but it looks nice and the brave looks good. I asked them if the glass is tempered.

Edit: gosh darn it!! Just got a text saying it is tempered glass and they use the canisters as the filters. Any insight on that?

I never heard of a 75 with tempered sides, but if they said it was, I'd skip it.

They say it is so on to the next one!

This I found but price seems high and I hate the stand. Asked the seller if they will sell with out and is it tempered?

Well idk if the people are wrong or maybe mistaken but this person also said it was tempered glass and not drilled. I'm not sure if this is truly an issue? Or should I be looking for other or what at this point. A little confused.
