Calcium and KH

My tank is just in the first week of cycling but decided today to test calcium and KH
my readings are calcium 280 ( way to low)
KH is 13 dkh
these readings are not good what can I do about it

Amm. is still 8
Nitrite 2

Nothing a couple of pwc won't take care of. Your parameters are going to be out of whack during the cycle anyways and other then nh3/no2/no3 I wouldn't bother testing for anything else until it's over and you have done enough pwc to get your no3 to 10 ppm or lower. Tanks going to take at least a couple of months after the cycle before everything balances out.

Some reading for later when it will matter:

do not worry about any readings until your cycle is complete. The water chemistry will change dramatically from day to day until the tank is cycled. At that time, do a large water change and things will level out.

I agree. Just do the cycle followed by a good PWC and it will even out.
