can I add pods after my cycle?

I would like to know can I add pods to my tank after my cycle before fish you give them ajust head start.how long after that can I add fish ?

pods are probably already in there if your using lr i know you said on a previous thread you were using base rock and some lr as well just give it some time for the population to build up and also after your tank is finished cycling you can slowly start adding live stock most people start with hardy fish and a clean up crew
