Can you put a timer on LEDs

I have set of the Taotronic LEDs that have dimmer switches. Can I put timers on that type of unit. This has made my brain hurt thinking about it

For on/off times just get a regular light timer from WalMart or Home Depot. They are only a few bucks. This sort of thing...

+1 I use these for my fresh and reef tank. Works great. Youd just run separate timers for he whites and blues.

That makes sense thanks. I was confused about actually have to turn the dials to switch them on
