What do people use for active carbon? Is there a brand or type that people feel works best?

I've only used the carbon you find at the big chain stores. You can find awesome videos about nearly anything on BRSTV on YouTube. They do some tests to show which carbon works most efficiently and in different setups. Check it out

Honestly I have only tried 1 kind and it was from a big chain store. It worked fine for me especially because I ran it in a reactor. I don't really run carbon often but if I was going to I'd probably try the ROX
