Nothing in particular, just a lot of fish that sort of occupy the same "niche" in a fairly deep tank with a fairly small footprint.

Do you have any good ideas for fish? I'd like to get either a couple of schooling fish like the chromis or a single fish say maybe 4 inches or so at adulthood. It can be a non reef safe fish since this tank will never go reef.

Thanks
Wait so....this is a FOWLR?

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I've been doing mad research into gobies and blennies the last few days. What I'm going to do is not add all the fish from the 29g cube and the 20g to the 60g. I will put the engineer goby in the 90g, see if my friend wants the firefish and might put the clowns in the 90g s well. My firefish is extremely jumpy and the 60g is gonna be open top.

I made up a pretty solid stocking list now. The biggest fish in the 60g is gonna be the yellow watchman goby at 3". Also finished up my invert list. Rather than list what I have I'm just gonna list what I am buying.
Tailspot blenny
Green banded goby
red head goby
black clown goby
hi fin red banded goby
2 or 3 wheelers goby (my research says they do better in multiples

And the final fish will be some chromis or a couple cardinal fish.

For inverts I want:
5 peppermint shrimp
3 cleaner shrimp
1 fire shrimp
2 emerald crabs
1 porcelain crab
15 hermits
20 nassarius snails
15 dwarf ceriths
5 florida ceriths

This is my dream list stocking, alot will depend how it goes as I start adding fish. If theres aggression then I'll just have to figure it out. I'm pretty sure the tank will be able to handle the bioload, these are some really tiny fish just have to watch out for territory issues with the gobies.

Just one more thing.

I have been thinking about getting an anemone. Yep, I know I said I wouldnt get another one but I'm a lot smarter now and can pick an appropriate one. I was thinking either a mini maxi nem or a red bubble tip. I have the 120w 3 watt LED panel so I'm pretty sure I'll have the light. Just not sure if I should. PLUS I will have small fish in the tank, can't the nems eat them if the fish which are only like an inch long?

Thanks for reading and following! Always appreciate it. If you have an opinion please share. lol

Sounds and great choices for a stocklist, As for the Nem, I think you can get it for your tank but the maxi mini is your best bet. Other anemones like you said can eat small fish.

How did you know I've been thinking about getting a pair, LA always seems to have them. They are cheap too and so adorable. Just have a venomous bite! LOL

As soon as I saw it, I thought "Carey"... not sure why. I guess I've been brainwashed by the 100's of pages of threads I've read of your builds!
