The fixture just got here so I will have it up and running tonight.

The bulbs dont look too bad that came with it, but I'm still changing them out. lol

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

I have a smaller version of the same fixture without the timer. The lights are pretty decent but the LED's burn out really quick.

I've heard that about the leds. Hopefully they last for a little while at least. lol

This fixture is pretty much replacing an older odyssea one that has a timer on it as well, this one just looks newer and doesn't have individual reflectors like the old one.

He's still acclimating but here he is in his bucket for now..

Thanks guys!

The bucket photo doesn't do him justice, very pretty fish in person.

So far he is doing well still, he really likes to eat so that's a plus. lol He is the 2nd biggest fish behind the coral hogfish so he hasn't had any run ins with the other fish yet. He is also VERY VERY active. he swims more than my tangs do. hehe...

On my b/f's suggestion I placed a hardcover book on top of each eggcrate cover, just in case he gets spooked and tries to jump. have had the most horrible luck with jumpers, of all the fish i've lost jumping is the number one reason. :-(

LOL. I took a quick video. I think it's like 2 minutes tops though so it's a fast one for me. hehe
